Job Description/ Requirement
The successful candidate will assist in the following areas:
Implement sales and marketing plan esp international market segment
Formulate marketing and sales strategies
Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers and development of strategies for penetrating the new markets
Establish a periodical review for marketing activities; assess and evaluate results and feedback higher management team to determine next course of actions.
Monitor the market trend and analyze the business development to forecast performance in sales, revenues and profitability.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or Master Degree will be an advantage
8-10 years of experience in business/ furniture sales is an advantage.
International marketing experience would be added advantage
Entrepreneurial approach and mindset
Strong analytical skills; must be familiar using Microsoft Excel & Access & Powerpoint
Excellent communication skills, ability to engage with and present to senior management
Exhibits interpersonal skills and fosters positive relations with all departments
Good command of English, Malay and Chinese
Positive attitude, demonstrates a high degree of productivity and ensure that the
Ability to deal with ambiguity and deliver with minimal guidance
Exercises leadership and is dedicated to meet the expectations/requirements of internal and external customers
Traveling to overseas is a must
