The successful candidate will assist in the following areas:

• Implement sales and marketing plan esp international market segment
• Formulate marketing and sales strategies
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers and development of strategies for penetrating the new markets
• Establish a periodical review for marketing activities; assess and evaluate results and feedback higher management team to determine next course of actions.
• Monitor the market trend and analyze the business development to forecast performance in sales, revenues and profitability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree will be an advantage
  
• 8-10 years of experience in business/ furniture sales is an advantage.
• International marketing experience would be added advantage
• Entrepreneurial approach and mindset
• Strong analytical skills; must be familiar using Microsoft Excel & Access & Powerpoint
• Excellent communication skills, ability to engage with and present to senior management
• Exhibits interpersonal skills and fosters positive relations with all departments
• Good command of English, Malay and Chinese

• Ability to deal with ambiguity and deliver with minimal guidance
• Exercises leadership and is dedicated to meet the expectations/requirements of internal and external customers
• Traveling to overseas is a must
