Job Description/ Requirement
Responsibilities :
Good management skills
Able to oversee the whole operation of the company
Required to lead, drive & oversee all activities related to the operation and drive its profitability and new business growth
Provide leadership to the department heads in business unit by managing their performance to achieve deliverables in key performance measures
Critically review, analyses and evaluate the performance of the business and provide strategic inputs to improve overall competitiveness of this operation
Generate strategic and growth plan for the company
Responsible for managing the operations to fulfilling corporate objectives
Supervise and control the plants’ operations, establish good standards in equipment maintenance, technical processes, health and safety and environmental management
Responsible to increase technical sales and manage employees’ performance appraisal
Requirements :
At least Degree holder in Business Management with minimum 5 years working experience in the manufacturing industry.
Good personal integrity
Strong Management and Leadership skills
Ability to work independently without direct supervision
Good understanding of how to develop and implement business strategies
Ability to supervise and/or work with all levels of management and support staff
Problem solving and conflict management ability
Excellent command of verbal and written English, Chinese and Malay
Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office.
