Responsibilities:
Attending to phone calls
Preparing documents using MS Word and Excel
Daily filing of documents
General administrative duties
Requirements:
Min SPM level
Working experience not necessary but will be advantageous
Computer literate esp. MS Office programmes
Good telephone etiquette
Able to communicate with all levels
Pleasant personality
5-day work week
Salary commensurate with qualification and experience
