Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of full spectrum of Human Resource functions including legal and employment act  compliance
• Administer recruitment activities and selection process including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and short listing of candidates.
• Handle payroll processing using Timesoft and salary related matters
• Maintain in HRIS and updating of staff database
• Assist in any as-hoc HR projects when assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience (Retail Industry)
• Pro-active, meticulous and independent at work
• Sound analytical and interpersonal skills as well as being a team player
• Well organized, disciplined, able to keep to deadlines and work well under pressure
• Bilingual in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Must be willing to travel within Peninsular Malaysia when when necessary
• 5 days work per week
