Job Description/ Requirement
Responsibilities:
Handle customers’ booking for shipments
Co-ordinate with carriers, vendors, overseas offices and customers to ensure smooth transactions
Monitoring on processing of Import / Export custom permit , customs declaration and shipping documents
Checking of freight rates
Handle cross trades shipments, billing issue and PO follow-up
Co-ordinate Inbound/Outbound shipments with origin offices
Any other duties as delegated by the superior
Report to the Operations Manager
Qualifications/ Requirements:
SPM & above
2-3 years experience in same capacity in freight forwarding industry
Good Interpersonal and PC Skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
An organized and good team player
Knowledge of customs declaration & Tradenet will be an added advantage
Able to start immediate or within short notice
Salary commensurate with experience
