Job Description/ Requirement
Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth daily operations on the retail outlet;
Responsible for the outlet overall sales performance;
Responsible for the outlet display;
Responsible for the outlet’s cleanliness and tidiness, i.e. housekeeping duties are carried out on a daily and regular basis;
Maintain a regular store order system;
Responsible in the management of Retail team such as disciplinary and rewards recommendation, duty roster planning etc.
Responsible for the termination of employees who is not performing up to standards
Any other duties that may be assigned to you by the management to ensure smooth operation and efficiency.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in any discipline
Preferably with working experience esp in similar capacity, however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Great administration skills & Computer literate
Independent, mature & highly motivated
A dynamic, committed team leader
Salary commensurate with qualification and experience
