Job Description/ Requirement
Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementing and maintaining system servers and services that meet the needs of new system project
Monitor and support the network/server activation
Troubleshooting and update of the system
Liaison with the overseas and local system vendors, partners, client etc
Requirements:
Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience in system support and implementation
Knowledge in SMS (Short Message Service) or Telecommunication is an advantage
Knowledge in Linux & HTML is a must
Good command of spoken and written in English is a must
Candidate should have a positive, can do attitude, and a willingness to take whatever steps are necessary to complete the task at hand.
Able to work with business users that may be in another site when needs arise
Self-motivated team player and ability to work with a team of programmers and designers
Hardworking and ability to work under a tight schedule and meet deadlines
Platform and Skill Set Expertise: Microsoft ISA Server 2004, SQL, HTML, Linux, Networking – TCP/IP, network traffic analysis, firewall concepts etc
