Job Description/ Requirement
Responsibilities:
Manage & ensure smooth operations of the district’s chain of retail outlets and Sales Operations
Ensure operations adhere to company policies and operating standards
Enforce training programs to develop customer service, teamwork, supervisory and motivation skills
Enforce customer service and teamwork
Responsible for the stores' products display and ensure housekeeping duties are carried out
Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline
Min 2 years of retail experience in managing a number of chain shops
Aggressive, responsible, organized and proactive with attention to details
Self-motivated and results driven team player with good analytical skill
Possess excellent management, interpersonal and communication skills
Possess own transport
