Job Description/ Requirement
Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and process orders received.
Follow up on payment and provide customer support/ service.
Prepare the necessary sales documents - Delivery Order, Invoice, Return, Sales Reports, Ageing, etc.
Maintain a proper and up-to-date filing for all the sales documents.
Provide administrative support including banking, documentation, filing, etc.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM, certificate or Diploma in any discipline
2 years working experience preferably in similar capacity
Proficient in Microsoft Office application
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Well organized, meticulous and detailed oriented.
5-day week
Salary commensurate with qualification and experience
