Job Description/ Requirement
Responsibilities:
Manage and implement engineering project works as outline by Head of department (HOD)
To provide assistant and support for operations of the drafting dept.
To manage and provide guidance to employee on operational requirement
To manage and supervise external vendors/contractors on project works and implementation.
Ensure all the Utility team, vendor/contractors comply with the site SHE procedures
Ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained in the workshop at all times
Report all incidents / near misses / unsafe acts and use the AIMS reporting system
Establish procedures for relevant SHE related activities
Requirements:
Possess Degree in engineering discipline
2 years of related working experience
Ability to work independently and has the initiative to develop new opportunities
Fully committed, results driven, good communication skills, a team player and good personality
Able to adapt well into a fast growing industry and business environment
Mature and resourceful individual
Fluent in English. Mandarin speaker if possible
Strong technical background with experience in glove dipping
