Job Description/ Requirement
Responsibilities:
Coordinate Panned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme for Instrument
Monitoring and report on Plant’s Instrumentation reliability / performance
Respond to Instrumentation break downs in an efficient and effective manner
Supervise maintenance crew and interaction with engineering contractors
Identify and recommend for purchase of necessary instruments and parts in line with preventative and breakdown maintenance requirements
Provide technical direction & on-job-trainee to fellow technicians Analyze reports, drawing, schematic, test & related data for work planning and/or equipment troubleshooting & repairs
Practicing good engineering practice in-line with Management of Change procedures
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation
Minimum 3 years experience in handling instrumentation / industrial electronics, hands-on in electronic troubleshooting & calibration works
Familiarization with Field-Bus Devices will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and has the initiative to develop new opportunities
Fully committed, results driven, good communication skills, a team player and good personality
Able to adapt well into a fast growing industry and business environment
Mature and resourceful individual
Fluent in English. Mandarin speaker if possible
Strong technical background with experience in glove dipping
