Job Description/ Requirement
Responsibilities:
To ensure manufacturing facilities are satisfactorily maintained for safe and efficient operation.
Establish, maintain and operate a Plant Integrity program to ensure that manufacturing facilities are satisfactorily maintained for safe and efficient operation.
Identify hazardous scenarios from the aging plant to ensure prioritised focus of maintenance resources is correct.
To operate the UK Pressure Systems Safety Regulations on all sites.
Understand and support the Company requirements under CIMAH on Kluang site.
To develop, train and manage any engineers assigned to the Plant Integrity program.
To implement the Group SHE standards and Company SHE procedures to ensure all work is conducted in a safe manner.
Requirements:
Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years experience in the chemical batch industry
Reliability Engineering knowledge and experience
Quantitative & Qualitative Risk Assessment knowledge and experience
Batch chemical process hazard assessment experience
Good communication skills to provide training
CIMAH competency
Maintenance Engineering / Management knowledge and experience preferable
Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
