Responsibilities:

• Report to Finance Director and Managing Director, the candidate will lead the finance and accounting team in full spectrum of accounting function
• Supervise the preparation of the full set of accounts and management reports
• Supervise and implement financial systems, credit control, as well as IT function and HR payroll function
• Preparation of annual budgets, cash flow, forecasts and Capex
• Liaison with auditors, bankers, lawyers, government departments etc
• Administrative matters on license, sales tax & duty matters.
• Preparation and submission of corporate documents
• Ensure the insurance policies adequately cover the company assets and liabilities
• Preparation and submission of corporate documents

Requirements:

• Professional or Degree in accounting qualification or ACCA/CIMA
• A member of MIA preferably 
• At least 5 - 6 years of working experience in managerial/supervisory roles
• Preferably with experience working in manufacturing sectors
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Accounting Standards and statutory guidelines
• Possess strong leadership skills, analytical and meticulous
• Proactive, well organised with strong team spirit
• Able to work under tight datelines and pressure
• Fluency in English, Malay and Chinese
