Job Description/ Requirement
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the BOD, the successful candidate will be the head of planning and operations, focusing on marketing and sales
Responsible for the business growth by developing new market as well as capitalizing on existing network and distributor base
Formulate to develop strategies to achieve sale and network development target
To facilitate, manage and support the field to ensure that their daily operations are effectively executed
To ensure that effective management of the region’s customer service, administration, inventory, sales administration and facilitation are as according to company’s standards.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in any discipline with at least 8 years in senior position with operation and sales experience preferably in MLM industry
Possess excellent leadership
Persuasive, pleasant and cheerful personality.
Must have strong passion for multi-level marketing and a drive to succeed.
Strong inter-personal and communication skills.
Articulate and sales driven.
Able to communicate in English and Malay, additional language in Chinese is a plus.
