Job Description/ Requirement
Responsibilities:
You may be required to perform one or a combination of the jobs described below at any one time based on projects:
Research and Develop innovative features & enhancement.
Perform Analysis and Design of software.
Develop mainly Java programs.
Learn & Program in other languages & technologies.
Systematic documentation .
Quality Assurance unit & system testing.
Research and tasked to Champion new technologies.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of hands on experience in Java Programming, having been involved in a project from beginning to finish is essential.

Proficient in Java programming.
Experience in JSP, HTML and JavaScript.
Undertstanding of Data Bases and Unix/Windows OS environment.
Degree/Diploma in any technical or science discipline.
Experience in JBoss, Stripes Framework, Lucene, and Unix Scripting is a Plus.
Some exposure/experience in operating systems like Unix, Linux, MS DOS, Windows 2000, XP & Vista is preferred.
Knowledge in Databases, Networking, LDAP or Active Directory is also preferred.
Knowledge in various programming techniques is advantageous.
