Job Description/ Requirement
Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Singapore Corporate HQ
In charge of full spectrum of Human Resource functions of retail chain, including legal and employment actcompliance
Administer recruitment activities and selection process including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and short listing of candidates.
Handle payroll processing and salary related matters
Lead the appraisal, coaching and handling of staff grievances
Maintain and updating of staff database
Assist in any as-hoc HR projects when assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
At least 5 year(s) of relevant working experience esp in retail industry
Mature, discreet, meticulous and independent at work
Sound analytical and interpersonal skills with all levels as well as being a team player
Well organized, disciplined, able to keep to deadlines and work well under pressure
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
5 days work per week
