Job Description/ Requirement
Job Responsibilities:
Handling of customers enquiries and complaints
Work with the team to find solutions to problems
Identify areas for improvement
Management of membership, including members' relations and membership database maintenance
Requirements:
Min Diploma/Degree in any discipline
At least 4 - 8 years of working experience esp in customer service
Able to communicate well in English and Malay. Ability in spoken Chinese is an advantage.
Good writen English
Able to work independently
Mature and tactful with a pleasant disposition
Possess great patience and able to understand customers' needs and concerns
Mature and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
