Job Description/ Requirement
Responsibilities:
Manage the regional core system R&D team
Work with chief Technology Officer to setup and enforce operation procedures and policies for the regional team
Manage R&D project SDLC
Fully responsible for the collection and understanding of project requirement and information
Liaison with Technical Lead and team members for managment of project progress & reporting
Requirements:
Degree in IT, possession of Software Engineering qualification is a plus
Possess 5 - 8 year experience, with at least 4 years in project management experience, preferably from reputable software house.
Understand best practicesin Software Development Life Cycle yet able to maintain the balance between quality and speed
Good Oral communication in English
Fluent in reading and writing document in English.
Travelling in the region might be required
