Job Description/ Requirement
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of over 60 personnel and will report to the Country Manager.
He/she is tasked with improve operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission, specifically support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. He/she is required to travel regionally.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and distribution of products/services
Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties as well as determine staffing requirements and oversee personnel process i.e. hiring and training of new employees
Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures, conferring with senior managers, organization officials and staff members as necessary
Plan and direct activities such as product/service launch, coordinating with other department heads as required
Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports to management
Requirements:
Possess Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
Minimum 3 years experience in related position
Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives
Good Project planning and execution skills, including the ability of making mid-course corrections
Strong problem solver and planner, with organizational an analytical ability
Excellent communication skill in both verbal and written English
Great interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment
Strong background and work experience in Finance a bonus
Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Excel, Word and Power Point presentations.
